Experience.
A lot of clients tell us that it's extremely important that we've been in business a long, long time. Longer than pretty much anyone else in the world. We've literally built hundreds of websites and web applications, so we know what works.
Cutting edge.
We've always been ahead of our time. For instance, we produced the first rock concert on the web, back in 1993. It starred Blues Traveler, Matthew Sweet, Moist and Hootie & The Blowfish. We did the first ever live web newscast, too.
We've been playing with virtual reality and QuickTimeVR since it existed, for clients like Major League Baseball, Apple Computer and Sprite.
We've been using Flash since it was called FutureSplash.
Personalized web applications, ecommerce, online auction systems, custom dna product creation and ordering systems (yeah, for real), wikis, blogs, podcasts, 3d, video? Yup. Done it. Probably a dozen times.

Standards based design.
A lot of clients worry that the money they spend on their website and especially their web applications is gone forever if they need feature changes. That's true with a lot of companies. It's not true with us.
When we build a web application for a client we build it using industry standards. You want to add global positioning and maps to your online store locator? No problem. We just build a component that talks to your existing code.
When you're spending tens of thousands of dollars it's good to know your investment has a future.
In-house design and programming.
We're not anti-globalists. But we do know that while it's a little more expensive to have a real staff in the USA it's better for our clients. We don't ever outsource to other countries. And that's one of the reasons why we're known for our...
